Day 5: Core Focus
Hi, good to see you for day five! How are you feeling so far?
Today w'll be doing a core focus workout. Having a strong core is crucial for your fitness and often one that is overlooked (especially by guys…) so don't skimp on this workout.
We will cover all the different muscles groups in your core today. But again, listen to your body. If a specific exercise hurts, back off and try for the next one. Over time your whole core will be strong enough that you will breeze through this workout in your sleep!
